Once you have all the answers you need, and are ready to talk to us about having a turbine installed, please telephone, write or e-mail us at the details below.
If you call be phone, we may not be able to speak to you at length there and then, as we are always incredibly busy getting turbines installed. If this is the case, we will make an appointement for a mutually convenient time to call you back.
Our new General Enquiries Office at Orkney Auction Mart, Kirkwall, is a convenient place to drop in past for an informal chat about what we can do for you. The office is fully wheelchair accessible, has ample free parking right outside the door, and we are open from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. If you need to make an appointment outwith these times, for example to suit ferry timetables, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you require us to make a site visit to your property to give advice on a one to one basis, for example to determine the exact location where the turbine is to go, we do make a charge of £250 + VAT. If we have to travel further than the mainland of Orkney, we also need to charge reasonable travelling expenses. But the good news is that when you go ahead and place an order for your turbine, this cost is fully redeemable!
